Surah 52
Written by the editors. Not a translation, and not a source. It carries the AALAMIN Editor signature and the date it was signed, because someone has to answer for it.
Forty-nine verses opening on the Mount, an inscribed book on unrolled parchment, the frequented house, the raised roof and the swollen sea — and then a series of questions with no answer offered, asking whether they were created from nothing, or created themselves, or own the treasuries of their Lord.
وَٱلطُّورِ

By the Mount

BY the MOUNTAIN
By the mountain of Sinai
وَكِتَٰبٍ مَّسْطُورٍ

And a Book inscribed.
And a Scripture inscribed
by the Book inscribed
And by the Book written
and by the book written
فِى رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ

In a published scroll.
On fine parchment unrolled
upon an outstretched vellum
On an outspread roll
in an expanded scroll
وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ

And the frequented House.
And the House frequented
by the frequented house
And by the frequented fane
and by the visited house
وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ

DIN 31635was-saqfi l-marfūʿi
And the elevated roof.
And the roof exalted
by the elevated roof
And by the lofty vault
and by the elevated roof of heaven
وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ
Easy-read (simplified)wal-bahri l-masjoor
DIN 31635wal-baḥri l-masǧūri
And the seething sea.
And the sea kept filled
by the swelling sea
And by the swollen sea
and by the swelling ocean
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌ
Easy-read (simplified)inna 'adhaaba rabbika lawaaqi'
DIN 31635ʾinna ʿaḏāba rabbika lawāqiʿun
The translators word this verse differently
The punishment of your Lord is coming.
Lo! the doom of thy Lord will surely come to pass
verily, the torment of thy Lord will come to pass
Verily, a chastisement from thy Lord is imminent
Verily the punishment of thy Lord will surely descend
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍ

There is nothing to avert it.
There is none that can ward it off
there is none to avert it
And none shall put it back
there shall be none to withhold it
يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًا

DIN 31635yawma tamūru s-samāʾu mawran
The translators word this verse differently
On the Day when the heaven sways in agitation.
On the day when the heaven will heave with (awful) heaving
The day when the heavens shall reel about
Reeling on that day the Heaven shall reel
On that day the heaven shall be shaken, and shall reel
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا
Easy-read (simplified)wataseeru l-jibaalu sayraa
DIN 31635watasīru l-ǧibālu sayran
And the mountains go into motion.
And the mountains move away with (awful) movement
and the mountains shall move about
And stirring shall the mountains stir
and the mountains shall walk and pass away
فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
Easy-read (simplified)fawaylun yawma'idhin lilmukadhdhibeen
DIN 31635fawaylun yawmaʾiḏin lilmukaḏḏibīna
Woe on that Day to the deniers.
Then woe that day unto the deniers
then woe upon that day to those who call (the apostles) liars
And woe, on that day, to those who called the apostles liars
And on that day woe be unto those who accused God's apostles of imposture
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ
Easy-read (simplified)alladheena hum fee khawdin yal'aboon
DIN 31635allaḏīna hum fī ḫawḍin yalʿabūna
The translators word this verse differently
Those who play with speculation.
Who play in talk of grave matters
who plunge into discussion for a sport
Who plunged for pastime into vain disputes
who amused themselves in wading in vain disputes
يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا
Easy-read (simplified)yawma yuda''oona ilaa naari jahannama da''aa
DIN 31635yawma yudaʿʿūna ʾilā nāri ǧahannama daʿʿan
The Day when they are shoved into the Fire of Hell forcefully.
The day when they are thrust with a (disdainful) thrust, into the fire of hell
On the day when they shall be thrust away into the fire of hell
On that day shall they be thrust with thrusting to the fire of Hell
On that day shall they be driven and thrust into the fire of hell
هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ
Easy-read (simplified)haadhihi n-naaru llatee kuntum bihaa tukadhdhiboon
DIN 31635hāḏihi n-nāru llatī kuntum bihā tukaḏḏibūna
"This is the Fire which you used to deny.
(And it is said unto them): This is the Fire which ye were wont to deny
This is the fire, the which ye used to call a lie
This is the fire which ye treated as a lie
and it shall be said unto them, this is the fire which ye denied as a fiction
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ
Easy-read (simplified)afasihrun haadhaa am antum laa tubsiroon
DIN 31635ʾafasiḥrun hāḏā ʾam ʾantum lā tubṣirūna
Is this magic, or do you not see?
Is this magic, or do ye not see
Is it magic, this? or can ye not see
What! is this magic, then? or, do ye not see it
Is this a magic illusion? Or do ye not see
