(Sie sagten:) „Unser Herr, wir glauben an das, was Du (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt hast, und folgen dem Gesandten. So schreibe uns auf unter die Zeugnis Ablegenden!“
Κύριέ μας! Πιστεύουμε σε ό,τι έστειλες (το Ιν-τζήλ -το πρωτότυπο Ευαγγέλιο του Ιησού-), και ακολουθούμε τον Απόστολο (Ιησού), γι’ αυτό γράψε μας ανάμεσα στους μάρτυρες (που μαρτυρούν την αλήθεια και ότι δεν υπάρχει άλλος θεός που αξίζει να λατρεύεται παρά μόνον Εσύ).»

53. Mūsų Viešpatie, mes tikime tuo, ką Tu nuleidai, ir sekame Pasiuntiniu [Isa (Jėzumi)], taigi įrašyk mus tarp tų, kurie liudija (tiesą, t. y. La ilaha illallah – niekas neturi teisės būti garbinamas, tik Allahas).
(Hawaariyyoonni nijedhan) “Yaa Gooftaa keenya! Nuti waan Ati buuftetti amanneerra. Ergamicha (Iisaas) hordofne; kanaafuu warra (Rabbiin malee Gooftaan biraa akka hin jirre) ragaa bahan wajjin nu barreessi” (jedhan).

But when Jesus became conscious of their disbelief, he cried: Who will be my helpers in the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We will be Allah's helpers. We believe in Allah, and bear thou witness that we have surrendered (unto Him)
And when Jesus perceived their unbelief, He said, 'Who are my helpers for God?' Said the apostles, 'We are God's helpers. We believe in God, so bear witness that we are resigned
And when Jesus perceived unbelief on their part, He said, "Who my helpers with God?" The apostles said, "We will be God's helpers! We believe in God, and bear thou witness that we are Muslims
But when Jesus perceived their unbelief, he said, who will be my helpers towards God? The apostles answered, we will be the helpers of God; we believe in God, and do thou bear witness that we are true believers

God said, "O Jesus, I am terminating your life, and raising you to Me, and clearing you of those who disbelieve. And I will make those who follow you superior to those who disbelieve, until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return; then I will judge between you regarding what you were disputing.
(And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ
When God said, 'O Jesus! I will make Thee die and take Thee up again to me and will clear thee of those who misbelieve, and will make those who follow thee above those who misbelieve, at the day of judgment, then to me is your return. I will decide between you concerning that wherein ye disagree
