Sie sagten: „O unser Volk, wir haben ein Buch gehört, das nach Musa (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt worden ist, das bestätigend, was vor ihm war; es leitet zur Wahrheit und zu einem geraden Weg.
Είπαν (τα Τζινν): «Ω, λαέ μας! Πράγματι, ακούσαμε ένα Βιβλίο (το Κορ’άν) που στάλθηκε μετά από τον Μωυσή, το οποίο επιβεβαιώνει ό,τι στάλθηκε πριν απ' αυτό (από Θεία Βιβλία, την Τορά και το Ιν-τζήλ), και καθοδηγεί στην αλήθεια και στον ίσιο δρόμο.
उन्होंने कहा : ऐ हमारी जाति! निःसंदेह हमने एक ऐसी पुस्तक सुनी है, जो मूसा के पश्चात उतारी गई है, उसकी पुष्टि करने वाली है जो उससे पहले है, वह सत्य की ओर और सीधे मार्ग की ओर मार्गदर्शन करती है।
Dissero: «O popolo nostro, in verità abbiamo ascoltato un Libro disceso dopo Mūsā – a conferma di ciò che ha tra le mani – Guida alla verità e alla Retta Via.

Wakasema: 'Enyi kaumu yetu! Hakika sisi tumesikia Kitabu kilichoteremshwa baada ya Musa, kinachosadikisha yale yaliyokuwa kabla yake, na kinachoongoza kwenye Haki na kwenye njia iliyonyooka.
De sa: ”Vårt folk! Vi har hört en skrift som har uppenbarats efter Mose. Den bekräftar det som kom före den och den leder till sanningen och en rak väg.
Onlara şöyle demişlerdi: "Ey kavmimiz! Biz; Mûsâ’dan sonra indirilen, kendisinden öncekini tasdik eden, hakka ve dosdoğru yola hidayet eden bir kitap dinledik."
کہنے لگے اے ہماری قوم! ہم نے یقیناً وه کتاب سنی ہے جو موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) کے بعد نازل کی گئی ہے جو اپنے سے پہلی کتابوں کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے جو سچے دین کی اور راه راست کی طرف رہنمائی کرتی ہے.

Why did not those help them, whom beside God they took for gods that could draw nigh to Him? Nay! they strayed away from them; for that was their lie and what they had forced
But did those whom they took for gods beside God as his kindred deities, help them? Nay, they withdrew from them. Such was their delusion, and their device
Did those protect them, whom they took for gods, besides God, and imagined to be honoured with his familiarity? Nay; they withdrew from them: Yet this was their false opinion which seduced them, and the blasphemy which they had devised
