আর যদি তোমরা তাদেরকে সৎপথের দিকে আহ্বান করো, তবে তারা কিছুই শুনতে পাবে না। আর তুমি দেখতে পাবে যে, তারা তোমার দিকে তাকিয়ে আছে; অথচ তারা দেখে না।

თუ თქვენ მოუწოდებთ მათ [თქვენს ცრუ ღმერთებს] სწორ გზაზე, ისინი ვერ გაიგონებენ. და შენ (ო, მოციქულო) ხედავ, თითქოს ისინი [კერპები] გიყურებენ (რადგან მათ თვალები გაუკეთეს), მაგრამ ისინი ვერ ხედავენ.
Und wenn ihr sie zur Rechtleitung aufruft, hören sie nicht; du siehst sie dich anschauen, doch sie sehen nicht.
Αν (ω, Μωχάμμαντ) τους καλέσεις (αυτά τα είδωλα) προς την καθοδήγηση, δεν ακούν (αφού είναι απλά αγάλματα σε ανθρώπινη μορφή). Και τους βλέπεις να σε κοιτάζουν (σαν να είχαν μάτια), αλλά δε βλέπουν.
और यदि तुम उन्हें सीधी राह की ओर बुलाओ, तो वे नहीं सुनेंगे और (ऐ नबी!) आप उन्हें देखेंगे कि वे आपकी ओर देख रहे हैं, हालाँकि वे कुछ नहीं देखते।

И если ты призовёшь их к верному руководству — они не услышат. Ты видишь их: они смотрят на тебя, но не видят.
