They ask you for a ruling. Say, "God gives you a ruling concerning the person who has neither parents nor children." If a man dies, and leaves no children, and he had a sister, she receives one-half of what he leaves. And he inherits from her if she leaves no children. But if there are two sisters, they receive two-thirds of what he leaves. If the siblings are men and women, the male receives the share of two females." God makes things clear for you, lest you err. God is Aware of everything.

তারা তোমার কাছে সমাধান চায়। বল: ‘আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে সমাধান দিচ্ছেন ‘কালালা’ (৬৪) সম্পর্কে। কোন পুরুষ যদি মারা যায়, সে যদি সন্তানহীন হয় এবং তার এক বোন থাকে, তবে তার বোনের জন্য তার পরিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তির অর্ধেক। আর সে মহিলা যদি সন্তানহীনা হয়, তবে তার ভাই তার উত্তরাধিকারী হবে। কিন্তু যদি দুই বোন থাকে, তবে তাদের জন্য তার পরিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তির তিন ভাগের দু’ভাগ। আর যদি ভাই-বোন উভয়ে থাকে, তবে এক পুরুষের অংশ দুই নারীর অংশের সমান। আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে সুস্পষ্ট বিধান দিচ্ছেন, যাতে তোমরা পথভ্রষ্ট না হও। আর আল্লাহ সবকিছু সম্পর্কে সবিশেষ অবগত।’

Sie fragen dich um Belehrung. Sag: „Allah belehrt euch über den Erbanteil der Seitenverwandtschaft.“ Wenn ein Mann umkommt, der keine Kinder hat, aber eine Schwester, dann steht ihr die Hälfte dessen zu, was er hinterlässt. Und er beerbt sie, wenn sie keine Kinder hat. Und wenn es zwei (Schwestern) sind, stehen ihnen (beiden) zwei Drittel dessen zu, was er hinterlässt. Und wenn es Geschwister sind, Männer und Frauen, dann kommt einem männlichen Geschlechts genausoviel zu wie der Anteil von zwei weiblichen Geschlechts. Αν πεθάνει ένας και δεν έχει παιδί, αλλά έχει μία αδελφή (ή ετεροθαλή αδελφή από την πλευρά του πατέρα του), αυτή θα πάρει το μισό της κληρονομιάς που άφησε. Ομοίως, αυτός (ο αδελφός ή ετεροθαλής αδελφός από την πλευρά του πατέρα της) θα την κληρονομήσει, αν (πεθάνει αυτή η αδελφή και) δεν έχει παιδί. Αν, όμως, υπάρχουν δύο αδελφές (του αποθανόντος ή δύο ετεροθαλείς αδελφές από την πλευρά του πατέρα του), θα μοιραστούν τα δύο τρίτα της κληρονομιάς που άφησε. (ऐ नबी!) वे आपसे फतवा (शरई आदेश) पूछते हैं। आप कह दें : अल्लाह तुम्हें 'कलाला'[111] के विषय में फतवा देता है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति मर जाए, जिसकी कोई संतान न हो, और उसकी एक बहन हो, तो उसके लिए उस (धन) का आधा है जो उसने छोड़ा और वह (स्वयं) उस (बहन) का वारिस होगा, यदि उस (बहन) की कोई संतान न हो। फिर यदि वे दो (बहनें) हों, तो उनके लिए उसमें से दो तिहाई होगा जो उसने छोड़ा। और यदि वे कई भाई-बहन पुरुष और महिलाएँ हों, तो पुरुष के लिए दो महिलाओं के हिस्से के बराबर होगा। अल्लाह तुम्हारे लिए खोलकर बयान करता है कि तुम गुमराह न हो जाओ। तथा अल्लाह हर चीज़ को ख़ूब जानने वाला है।

Na ikiwa wao ni madada wawili, basi watapata theluthi mbili za alichokiacha. Na wakiwa ndugu wanaume na wanawake, basi wa kiume atapata sehemu iliyo sawa na ya wa kike wawili. Mwenyezi Mungu anawabainishia ili msipotee. Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye kujua kila kitu.

Eğer iki kız kardeşi varsa bu ikisine (erkek kardeşin bıraktığı) mirasın üçte ikisi düşer. Eğer mirasçılar erkek ve kadın kardeşler ise, erkeğe iki kadının hissesi kadar düşer. Sapmayasınız diye Allah size (hükmünü) açıklıyor. Allah her şeyi hakkıyla bilendir.

آپ سے فتویٰ پوچھتے ہیں، آپ کہہ دیجیئے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ (خود) تمہیں کلالہ کے بارے میں فتویٰ دیتا ہے۔ اگر کوئی شخص مر جائے جس کی اوﻻد نہ ہو اور ایک بہن ہو تو اس کے لئے چھوڑے ہوئے مال کا آدھا حصہ ہے[1] اور وه بھائی اس بہن کا وارث ہوگا اگر اس کے اوﻻد نہ ہو[2]۔ پس اگر بہنیں دو ہوں تو انہیں کل چھوڑے ہوئے کا دو تہائی ملے گا[3]۔ اور اگر کئی شخص اس ناطے کے ہیں مرد بھی اور عورتیں بھی تو مرد کے لئے حصہ ہے مثل دو عورتوں کے[4]، اللہ تعالیٰ تمہارے لئے بیان فرما رہا ہے کہ ایسا نہ ہو کہ تم بہک جاؤ اور اللہ تعالیٰ ہر چیز سے واقف ہے۔
