Ο Ύψιστος που κατέχει τις Ύψιστες Περιγραφές (ο Οποίος είναι πάνω από τα πάντα, κατέχει τις υψηλές θέσεις του Παραδείσου που τις δίνει στους πιστούς, είναι Αυτός που ύψωσε τους ουρανούς), και είναι ο Κάτοχος του Θρόνου. Στέλνει την αποκάλυψη με την εντολή Του σε όποιον θέλει από τους δούλους Του, για να προειδοποιήσει (τους ανθρώπους) για την Ημέρα της Συνάντησης.
वह उच्च श्रेणियों वाला, अर्श का स्वामी है। वह अपने आदेश से, अपने बंदों में से जिसपर चाहता है, वह़्य[4] (प्रकाशना) उतारता है, ताकि वह मिलने के दिन से सचेत करे।
