So leave alone those who take their religion for play and pastime, and whom the worldly life has deceived. But remind with it, lest a soul becomesdamned on account of what it has earned. They will have a drink of scalding water, and a painful punishment, because they used to disbelieve.

Und ermahne durch ihn (also den Quran), damit sich keine Seele für das, was sie erworben hat, dem Verderben ausliefert. Sie hat (dann) außer Allah weder einen Schutzherrn noch einen Fürsprecher. Und wenn sie auch (als Lösegeld) jede Ersatzleistung anbietet, wird sie von ihr doch nicht angenommen. Jene sind es, die dem Verderben ausgeliefert werden für das, was sie erworben haben. Και νουθέτησε (τους ανθρώπους) μ' αυτό (το Κορ’άν), ώστε να μην παραδοθεί μία ψυχή (στο μαρτύριο) λόγω αυτού που διέπραξε από αμαρτίες. Δε θα έχει (η ψυχή) κανέναν υποστηρικτή ή διαμεσολαβητή εκτός του Αλλάχ. Ακόμα κι αν (μία καταδικασμένη ψυχή) πρόσφερε κάθε μορφής λύτρα (ώστε να μην τιμωρηθεί), δεν θα γινόντουσαν δεκτά. Τέτοιοι είναι εκείνοι που θα παραδοθούν (στο μαρτύριο) για ό,τι διέπραξαν από αμαρτίες. Θα έχουν να πιουν βραστό υγρό και θα έχουν ένα οδυνηρό μαρτύριο για ό,τι αρνήθηκαν από την πίστη.

Text is stored VERBATIM: NFC normalisation and XML entity unescaping only, because CC BY-ND forbids modification.
CLEARED on a licence read first-hand from the translator's own download page, not from an aggregator. Tanzil also hosts this translation, but under a blanket "non-commercial purposes only" term that directs the user to the translator or publisher for permission - a hosting disclaimer, not a grant - so the grant was taken from the licensor directly. The "God" edition was ingested; ClearQuran also publishes an "Allah" edition, differing in how the divine name is rendered, which is not ingested.
