আহলে কিতাব ও মুশরিকদের মধ্যে যারা কুফরী করেছে, তাদের কাছে সুস্পষ্ট দলিল-প্রমাণ না আসা পর্যন্ত তারা কিছুতেই সে কুফরী থেকে ফিরে আসতো না।

Diejenigen von den Leuten der Schrift und den Götzendienern, die ungläubig sind, werden sich nicht (eher von ihrem Unglauben) lösen, bis (dass) der klare Beweis zu ihnen kommt,
Εκείνοι που απίστησαν από το λαό του Βιβλίου (που βγήκαν από την ορθή πίστη προς τον Αλλάχ μέσω των καινοτομιών τους) καθώς και οι πολυθεϊστές, ποτέ δε θα σταματούσαν (την απιστία τους), μέχρι να τους ερχόταν η σαφής απόδειξη.
किताब वालों और मुश्रिकों में से जिन लोगों ने कुफ़्र किया, वे (कुफ़्र से) बाज़ आने वाले नहीं थे, यहाँ तक कि उनके पास खुला प्रमाण आ जाए।
