At 19:71 all five print that every one of those addressed comes to hell. Itani has "There is not one of you but will go down to it". Palmer has "There is not one of you who will not go down to it". Pickthall differs in the verb: he has "There is not one of you but shall approach it". Sale has "There shall be none of you but shall descend into the same hell", and so names the place.
The words 'every Muslim' are not printed in the verse. It says "you", and in all five it ends with a fixed decree. Rodwell has "This is a settled decree with thy Lord".
Earlier in the passage the place is named. At 19:68 Rodwell has "then will we set them on their knees round Hell".
The next verse answers what follows. At 19:72 Pickthall has "Then We shall rescue those who kept from evil, and leave the evil-doers crouching there". Sale has "Afterwards We will deliver those who shall have been pious".
So the text prints that everyone addressed comes to hell, in Pickthall's rendering by approaching it, and in the other four by going down to it. It then prints a rescue of the devout and a leaving of the wrongdoers. These verses do not say how long anyone stays or what the coming is like.

When Our clear revelations are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of the two parties is better in position, and superior in influence?"
And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: Which of the two parties (yours or ours) is better in position, and more imposing as an army
And when our signs are recited to them manifest, those who misbelieve say to those who believe, 'Which of the two parties is best placed and in the best company
And when our clear signs are rehearsed to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two parties is in the best plight? and which is the most goodly company
When our manifest signs are read unto them, the infidels say unto the true believers, which of the two parties is in the more eligible condition, and formeth the more excellent assembly

Hierauf erretten Wir diejenigen, die (Allah) fürchteten und lassen die Ungerechten in ihr auf den Knien zurück.
Έπειτα θα σώσουμε αυτούς που φυλάχθηκαν (κατά την εγκόσμια ζωή) από την τιμωρία του Αλλάχ (τηρώντας τις εντολές Του), και θα αφήσουμε τους άδικους μέσα της (Κόλασης) γονατισμένους.
फिर हम डरने वालों को बचा लेंगे तथा अत्याचारियों को उसमें मुँह के बल गिरे हुए छोड़ देंगे।

72. Tada Mes išgelbėsime tuos, kurie baimindavosi Allaho ir buvo pareigingi Jam. Ir Mes paliksime Zalimūn (daugiadievius ir bloga darančiuosius) ten (nusižeminusius) ant savų kelių (Pragare).
Sana booda warra Rabbiin sodaatan nagaa baafna; warra miidhaa hojjatan immoo ishee keessatti jilbiiffatoo taasifnee (isaan) dhiifna.
Затем Мы спасём тех, которые были богобоязненны, а несправедливых оставим в ней коленопреклонёнными.
Затим ћемо да спасимо оне који су се бојали Аллаха и клонили греха, а невернике ћемо да оставимо у њему на коленима да клече.
Kisha tutawaokoa sawasawa wale waliomcha Mungu; na tutawaacha madhalimu humo huku wamepiga magoti.
Därpå ska vi föra de gudfruktiga i säkerhet medan de orättfärdiga blir kvar på sina knän.
Sonra, takva sahiplerini kurtaracağız, zalimleri de orada dizüstü çökmüş olarak bırakacağız.
پھر ہم پرہیزگاروں کو تو بچالیں گے اور نافرمانوں کو اسی میں گھٹنوں کے بل گرا ہوا چھوڑ دیں گے.[1]

No one is there of you who shall not go down unto it - This is a settled decree with thy Lord
There shall be none of you but shall descend into the same hell: This is an established decree upon thy Lord

And how many generations before them have we destroyed who were better off in property and appearance
But how many generations have we brought to ruin before them, who surpassed them in riches and in splendour
But how many generations have We destroyed before them, which excelled them in wealth, and in outward appearance

The selection above and this account of it are part of what was signed. Where the renderings disagree it says so; where the question runs past what has cleared the rights audit it says that too.
These verses are the passage 19:71 sits in, read in all five renderings. 19:68 is here because it names the place the "it" of 19:71 refers to, and 19:69 because it says who is taken out from the gathering. 19:72 is here because it is the verse that answers 19:71 directly. A probe for 'every one of you', 'none of you' or 'not one of you' returns 18 lines at seven verses; two of them speak of hell or the Fire, and 19:71 is the one that says every one of those addressed comes to it. The word 'Muslim' is not printed at 19:71 in any of the five. This study shows what the five print; what the going down is like is not described in these verses.
