The question asks whether the Qur'an says that Jews call Ezra the son of God. It prints that saying at 9:30. All five name Ezra there, and it is the only verse where any of them names him.
Sale has "The Jews say, Ezra is the son of God". Rodwell has "a son of God" and adds the name "Ozair" in brackets. Itani puts the saying in the past: "The Jews said".
The same verse sets this beside the saying of the Christians about the Messiah. Pickthall calls both "their saying with their mouths". 9:31 goes on to say that they took their rabbis and monks, and the Messiah, as lords beside God, though they were bidden to worship one God.
5:18 prints a different saying of Jews and Christians, about themselves. Itani has "We are the children of God, and His beloved". Ezra is not named there.
The five do not say which Jews, where, or when. Whether any group held this view, and who, is a question of history. History is outside these five renderings, and this study does not answer it.

Und die Juden sagen: „'Uzayr ist der Sohn Allahs“, und die Christen sagen: „Al-Masih ist der Sohn Allahs.“ Dies sind ihre Worte aus ihren (eigenen) Mündern. O ye who believe! it is only the idolaters who are unclean; they shall not then approach the Sacred Mosque after this year. But if ye fear want then God will enrich you from His grace if He will; verily, God is knowing, wise
O Believers! only they who join gods with God are unclean! Let them not, therefore, after this their year, come near the sacred Temple. And if ye fear want, God, if He please, will enrich you of His abundance: for God is Knowing, Wise
O true believers, verily the idolaters are unclean; let them not therefore come near unto the holy temple after this year. And if ye fear want, by the cutting off trade and communication with them, God will enrich you of his abundance, if He pleaseth; for God is knowing and wise

Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low
Fight those who believe not in God and in the last day, and who forbid not what God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who do not practice the religion of truth from amongst those to whom the Book has been brought, until they pay the tribute by their hands and be as little ones
Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled
Fight against them who believe not in God, nor in the last day, and forbid not that which God and his apostle have forbidden, and profess not the true religion, of those unto whom the scriptures have been delivered, until they pay tribute by right of subjection, and they be reduced low

Sie haben ihre Gelehrten und ihre Mönche zu Herren genommen außer Allah, sowie Al-Masih Ibn Maryam, wo ihnen doch nur befohlen worden ist, einem einzigen Angebeteten zu dienen. Es gibt keinen Anbetungswürdigen außer Ihm. Gepriesen sei Er! (Erhaben ist Er) über das, was sie (Ihm) beigesellen.
(Οι Εβραίοι και οι Χριστιανοί) πήραν τους ραβίνους τους και τους μοναχούς τους ως κυρίους εκτός του Αλλάχ (ακολουθώντας ό,τι επέτρεψαν οι ραβίνοι και οι παπάδες, και απέχοντας από ό,τι απαγόρευσαν, και παραμελώντας τις εντολές του Αλλάχ). (Επίσης οι Χριστιανοί πήραν) και τον Μεσσία, τον γιο της Μαρίας (ως θεό). Παρόλο που δε διατάχθηκαν παρά μόνο να λατρεύουν μόνο Έναν Θεό (τον Αλλάχ). Δεν υπάρχει άλλος θεός που αξίζει να λατρεύεται παρά μόνον Αυτός. Δόξα σ' Αυτόν, είναι Ανώτερος από ό,τι Του αποδίδουν από εταίρους στη λατρεία.
उन्होंने अपने विद्वानों और अपने दरवेशों को अल्लाह के सिवा रब बना[12] लिया तथा मरयम के पुत्र मसीह को (भी)। हालाँकि, उन्हें इसके सिवा आदेश नहीं दिया गया था कि वे एक पूज्य की इबादत करें, उसके सिवा कोई सच्चा पूज्य नहीं। वह उससे पवित्र है, जो वे साझी बनाते हैं।
Loro hanno preso i loro preti e i loro monaci come divinità invece di Allāh, così come il Messīħ, figlio di Maryem[59]. ﴿الْمَسِيحُ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ﴾ E non è stato loro ordinato che di adorare un Unico Dio: non c’è altra divinità all’infuori di Lui; gloria a Lui rispetto a ciò che Gli paragonano!
31. Jie (judėjai ir krikščionys) laikė savo rabinus ir savo vienuolius savo viešpačiais šalia Allaho (paklusdami jiems tame, ką jie pagal savo pačių norus, nesant Allaho įsakymo, padarė leistinu arba neleistinu), ir (jie laikė savo Viešpačiu) Mesiją, Marjamos (Marijos) sūnų, nors jiems (judėjams ir krikščionims) buvo įsakyta [Taurate (Toroje) ir Indžylyje (Evangelijoje)] negarbinti nieko kito, tik Vieną Ilah (Dievą – Allahą) La ilaha illa Huva (niekas neturi teisės būti garbinamas, tik Jis). Waliwafanya makuhani wao na wamonaki wao kuwa ni mabwana badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, na pia Masihi mwana wa Maryamu. Na wala hawakuamrishwa isipokuwa wamwabudu Mungu Mmoja, hakuna mungu isipokuwa Yeye. Subhanahu (ametakasika) mbali na hayo wanayoyashirikisha.
De tog sina rabbiner och munkar till herrar vid sidan av Gud, liksom Messias, Marias son. Men de befalldes bara att dyrka en enda Gud – ingen är värd dyrkan utom han. Upphöjd är han, över vad de sätter vid hans sida!
Onlar, Allah ile birlikte alimlerini, rahiplerini ve Meryem oğlu Mesih’i de rabler edindiler. Oysa tek ilahtan başkasına ibadet etmemekle emrolunmuşlardı. Ondan başka (hak) ilah yoktur. Allah, onların koştuğu şirkten münezzehtir.
ان لوگوں نے اللہ کو چھوڑ کر اپنے عالموں اور درویشوں کو رب بنایا ہے[1] اور مریم کے بیٹے مسیح کو حاﻻنکہ انہیں صرف ایک اکیلے اللہ ہی کی عبادت کا حکم دیا گیا تھا جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں وه پاک ہے ان کے شریک مقرر کرنے سے۔

Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low
Fight those who believe not in God and in the last day, and who forbid not what God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who do not practice the religion of truth from amongst those to whom the Book has been brought, until they pay the tribute by their hands and be as little ones
Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled
Fight against them who believe not in God, nor in the last day, and forbid not that which God and his apostle have forbidden, and profess not the true religion, of those unto whom the scriptures have been delivered, until they pay tribute by right of subjection, and they be reduced low

And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved of old. Allah (Himself) fighteth against them. How perverse are they
The Jews say Ezra is the son of God; and the Christians say that the Messiah is the son of God; that is what they say with their mouths, imitating the sayings of those who misbelieved before.- God fight them! how they lie
The Jews say, "Ezra (Ozair) is a son of God"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is a son of God." Such the sayings in their mouths! They resemble the saying of the Infidels of old! God do battle with them! How are they misguided
The Jews say, Ezra is the son of God: And the Christians say Christ is the son of God. They say this (only) with their mouths: They imitate the saying of those who were unbelievers in former times. May God curse them (literally: fight against them)! How can they be so infatuated

Hebrenjtë dhe të krishterët thonë: "Ne jemi bijtë e Allahut dhe të dashurit e Tij." Thuaju: "Atëherë, përse ju ndëshkon për gjynahet tuaja?! Përkundrazi, ju jeni njerëz nga ata që ka krijuar. Ai fal kë të dojë dhe ndëshkon kë të dojë. Vetëm Allahut i takon sundimi i qiejve e i Tokës dhe i gjithçkaje që gjendet mes tyre dhe tek Ai është kthimi."
আর ইয়াহূদী ও খ্রিস্টানরা বলে: ‘আমরা আল্লাহর পুত্র ও তাঁর প্রিয়পাত্র।’ তুমি বলো: ‘তবে তিনি তোমাদের পাপের জন্য তোমাদেরকে শাস্তি দিবেন কেন? বরং তোমরা তো সে রকমই মানুষ, যেমন তিনি অন্যান্য মানুষ সৃষ্টি করেছেন।’ তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছে ক্ষমা করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছে শাস্তি দেন। আর আসমানসমূহ ও জমিনে এবং এ দুয়ের মধ্যে যা কিছু আছে, তার সার্বভৌমত্ব আল্লাহরই। আর সবাইকে তাঁরই দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে ।

იუდეველებმა და ქრისტიანებმა თქვეს: «ჩვენ ვართ ალლაჰის შვილები და მისი საყვარლები». უთხარი (მათ) (ო, მოციქულო): «მაშინ რატომ გსჯით იგი თქვენი ცოდვებისათვის? პირიქით, თქვენ ხართ ადამიანები იმათგან, ვინც მან შექმნა. ის პატიობს, ვისაც ინებებს, და სჯის, ვისაც ინებებს. და მხოლოდ ალლაჰს ეკუთვნის ძალაუფლება ცათა და მიწის და ყველაფრის, რაც მათ შორისაა, და მასთანაა დაბრუნება».
Und die Juden und Christen sagen: „Wir sind die Söhne Allahs und Seine Lieblinge.“ Sag: „Warum bestraft Er euch dann für eure Sünden?“ Vielmehr seid ihr menschliche Wesen von denen, die Er erschaffen hat. Er vergibt, wem Er will, und Er (be)straft, wen Er will. Und Allah gehört die Herrschaft der Himmel und der Erde und dessen, was dazwischen ist, und zu Ihm ist der Ausgang.

तथा यहूदियों और ईसाइयों ने कहा कि हम अल्लाह के पुत्र और उसके प्यारे हैं। आप कह दें : फिर वह तुम्हें तुम्हारे पापों के कारण सज़ा क्यों देता है? बल्कि तुम (भी) उसके पैदा किए हुए प्राणियों में से एक मनुष्य हो। वह जिसे चाहता है, क्षमा करता है और जिसे चाहता है, सज़ा देता है। तथा अल्लाह ही के लिए आकाशों और धरती का राज्य[20] है और उसका भी जो उन दोनों के बीच है। और उसी की ओर लौटकर जाना है।
E dissero gli ebrei e i nazareni ﴿وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى نَحۡنُ أَبۡنَٰٓؤُاْ ٱللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّٰٓؤُهُۥ ﴾: “Noi siamo figli di Allāh e Suoi eletti!” Di’: «Perché vi punisce per i vostri peccati? Invece siete dei semplici uomini tra quelli che ha creato; perdona chi vuole e punisce chi vuole.” E ad Allāh appartiene il Regno dei cieli e della terra e di ciò che c’è di mezzo, e a Lui è il ritorno.
18. Ir (visi) judėjai ir krikščionys sako: „Mes esame Allaho vaikai ir Jo numylėtiniai.“ Sakyk: „Kodėl tada Jis baudžia jus už jūsų nuodėmes?“ Ne, jūs esate tik žmonės tų, kuriuos Jis sukūrė. Jis atleidžia tam, kam Jis nori, ir Jis baudžia tą, ką Jis nori. Ir Allahui priklauso dangų ir žemės bei viso, kas yra tarp jų, valdžia. Ir pas Jį (visų) sugrįžimas.
Yahuudonniifi Kiristaanonni "nuti ilmaan Rabbiitiifi jaalalleewwan Isaati" jedhan. (Ati) jedhi: " maaliif badiilee keessaniin isin adaba? Dhugumatti isin nama Inni uume irraayi. (Inni) nama fedheef ni araarama; nama fedhe immoo ni adaba. Mootummaan samiilee, dachiifi wantoota gidduu isaan lamaanii kan Rabbiiti. Deebiin garuma Isaatti" (jedhi). [9]
Иудеи и христиане сказали: «Мы — сыны Аллаха и Его любимцы». Скажи: «Почему же тогда Он наказывает вас за ваши грехи? Нет, вы — люди из числа тех, кого Он сотворил. Он прощает, кого пожелает, и подвергает наказанию, кого пожелает. Аллаху принадлежит владычество небес, земли и всего, что между ними, и к Нему — конечный исход».
Јевреји и хришћани кажу: „Ми смо деца Аллахова и Његови миљеници.“ Реци: „Па зашто вас Он кажњава због ваших греха?“ А није тако! Ви сте као и остали људи које Он ствара: коме хоће Он ће да опрости, а кога хоће Он ће да подвргне патњи. Аллахова је власт на небесима и на Земљи и на ономе што је између њих, и код Њега је коначно одредиште.
Na Mayahudi na Wakristo walisema: Sisi ni wana wa Mwenyezi Mungu na vipenzi vyake. Sema: Basi kwa nini anawaadhibu kwa sababu ya dhambi zenu? Bali nyinyi ni wanadamu tu kama wale wengine aliowaumba. Humfutia dhambi amtakaye na humuadhibu amtakaye. Na ni wa Mwenyezi Mungu tu ufalme wa mbingu na ardhi na vilivyo kati yake. Na marejeo ni kwake Yeye.
Judarna och de kristna säger: ”Vi är Guds barn och hans älskade.” Säg: ”Varför straffar han er då för era synder? Nej, ni är vanliga människor som alla andra han har skapat. Han förlåter den han vill och straffar den han vill. Till Gud hör herraväldet över himlarna och jorden och allt som finns däremellan, och han är slutmålet för allas färd.”
Yahudi ve Hristiyanlar: Biz, Allah’ın oğulları ve sevdikleri kimseleriz dediler. De ki: Öyleyse günahlarınız sebebiyle Allah, size niye azap ediyor? Hayır, siz de onun yarattıklarından bir beşersiniz! Allah dilediğini bağışlar, dilediğine azap eder. Göklerin, yerin ve ikisinin arasındakilerin mülkü Allah’ındır. Ve ancak dönüş de O’nadır.
یہود و نصاریٰ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم اللہ کے بیٹے اور اس کے دوست ہیں[1] ، آپ کہہ دیجیئے کہ پھر تمہیں تمہارے گناہوں کے باعﺚ اللہ کیوں سزا دیتا ہے؟[2] نہیں بلکہ تم بھی اس کی مخلوق میں سے ایک انسان ہو وه جسے چاہتا ہے بخش دیتا ہے، اور جسے چاہتا ہے عذاب کرتا ہے[3]، زمین و آسمان اور ان کے درمیان کی ہر چیز اللہ تعالیٰ کی ملکیت ہے اور اسی کی طرف لوٹنا ہے۔

God guides with it whoever follows His approval to the ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness into light, by His permission, and He guides them in a straight path.
Whereby Allah guideth him who seeketh His good pleasure unto paths of peace. He bringeth them out of darkness unto light by His decree, and guideth them unto a straight path
God guides thereby those who follow His pleasure to the way of peace, and brings them into a right way
by which God will guide him who shall follow after his good pleasure, to paths of peace, and will bring them out of the darkness to the light, by his will: and to the straight path will he guide them
Thereby will God direct him who shall follow his good pleasure, into the paths of peace; and shall lead them out of darkness into light, by his will, and shall direct them in the right way
لَّقَدْ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ قُلْ فَمَن يَمْلِكُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا إِنْ أَرَادَ أَن يُهْلِكَ ٱلْمَسِيحَ ٱبْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُۥ وَمَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

DIN 31635laqad kafara llaḏīna qālū ʾinna llāha huwa l-masīḥu bnu maryama qul faman yamliku mina llāhi šayʾan ʾin ʾarāda ʾan yuhlika l-masīḥa bna maryama waʾummahu waman fī l-ʾarḍi ǧamīʿan walillāhi mulku s-samāwāti wal-ʾarḍi wamā baynahumā yaḫluqu mā yašāʾu wallāhu ʿalā kulli šayʾin qadīrun
They disbelieve those who say, "God is the Christ, the son of Mary." Say, "Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?" To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates whatever He wills, and God has power over everything.
They indeed have disbelieved who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. Say: Who then can do aught against Allah, if He had willed to destroy the Messiah son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on earth? Allah's is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He createth what He will. And Allah is Able to do all things
They misbelieve who say, 'Verily, God is the Messiah the son of Mary;' say, 'Who has any hold on God, if he wished to destroy the Messiah the son of Mary, and his mother, and those who are on earth altogether?' God's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between the two; He createth what He will, for God is mighty over all
Infidels now are they who say, "Verily God is the Messiah Ibn Maryam (son of Mary)! SAY: And who could aught obtain from God, if he chose to destroy the Messiah Ibn Maryam, and his mother, and all who are on the earth together? For with God is the sovereignty of the Heavens and of the Earth, and of all that is between them! He createth what He will; and over all things is God potent
They are infidels, who say, verily God is Christ the son of Mary. Say unto them, and who could obtain any thing from God to the contrary, if he pleased to destroy Christ the son of Mary, and his mother, and all those who are on the earth? For unto God belongeth the kingdom of heaven and earth, and whatsoever is contained between them; he createth what he pleaseth, and God is almighty

O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, making things clear to you-after a cessation of messengers-so that you cannot say, "No preacher has come to us, and no warner." In fact, a preacher has come to you, and a warner; and God is Capable of everything.
O People of the Scripture! Now hath Our messenger come unto you to make things plain unto you after an interval (of cessation) of the messengers, lest ye should say: There came not unto us a messenger of cheer nor any warner. Now hath a messenger of cheer and a warner come unto you. Allah is Able to do all things
O people of the Book! our Apostle has come to you, explaining to you the interval of apostles; lest ye say, 'There came not to us a herald of glad tidings nor a warner.' But there has come to you now a herald of glad tidings and a warner, and God is mighty over all
O people of the Book! now hath our Apostle come to you to clear up to you the cessation of Apostles, lest you should say, "There hath come to us no bearer of good tidings, nor any warner." But now hath a bearer of good tidings and a warner reached you. And God is Almighty
O ye who have received the scriptures, now is our apostle come unto you, declaring unto you the true religion, during the cessation of apostles, lest ye should say, there came unto us no bearer of good tidings, nor any warner: But now is a bearer of good tidings, and a warner come unto you; and God is almighty
وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦ يَٰقَوْمِ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ جَعَلَ فِيكُمْ أَنۢبِيَآءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكًا وَءَاتَىٰكُم مَّا لَمْ يُؤْتِ أَحَدًا مِّنَ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

When Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember God's blessings upon you, when He placed prophets among you, and made you kings, and gave you what He never gave any other people."
And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Remember Allah's favour unto you, how He placed among you prophets, and He made you kings, and gave you that (which) He gave not to any (other) of (His) creatures
When Moses said to his people, 'O my people! remember the favour of God towards you when He made amongst you prophets, and made for you kings, and brought you what never was brought to anybody in the worlds
And remember when Moses said to his people, "O my people! call to mind the goodness of God towards you when he appointed Prophets among you, and appointed you kings, and gave you what never had been given before to any human beings
Call to mind when Moses said unto his people, O my people, remember the favour of God towards you, since he hath appointed prophets among you, and constituted you kings, and bestowed on you what he hath given to no other nation in the world

The question names 9:30, so the set starts there, with 9:31, which continues it. Probes were run on all five renderings, whole word. 'Ezra|Ozair|Uzayr|Uzair|Ozeir|Esdras' returns 5 lines, all at 9:30. 'son of God|son of Allah|sons of God|sons of Allah' finds two verses, 9:30 and 5:18; 5:18 is carried for that reason. This study does not answer who held this view, where or when. That is a question of history, outside the five renderings.
