Allahu tha: "Ç'të pengoi të bëje sexhde kur të urdhërova?" Ai tha: "Unë jam më i mirë se ai; mua më krijove prej zjarrit, kurse atë e krijove prej baltës."
তিনি বললেন, (হে ইবলিস!) আমি যখন তোমাকে আদেশ করেছিলাম, তখন সাজদা করতে তোমাকে কিসে বাধা দিল? সে বলল, আমি তার চেয়ে উত্তম। আপনি আমাকে আগুন থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন আর তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন কাদামাটি থেকে।

მან [ალლაჰმა] უთხრა (იბლისს): «რამ შეგაკავა შენ იმისგან, რომ დამხობილიყავი, როცა მე გიბრძანე?» მან [იბლისმა] თქვა: «მე უკეთესი ვარ მასზე (ქმნილებით): შენ მე შემქმენი ცეცხლისგან, ხოლო იგი შექმენი თიხისგან».
Er (also Allah) sagte: „Was hat dich davon abgehalten, dich niederzuwerfen, als Ich (es) dir anordnete?“ Er (also Iblis) sagte: „Ich bin besser als er. Du hast mich aus Feuer erschaffen, ihn aber hast Du aus Lehm erschaffen.“
Είπε (ο Αλλάχ στον Ιμπλίς -Σατανά-): «Τι σε εμπόδισε να πέσεις σε Σουτζούντ στάση όταν σε διέταξα;» Είπε: «Είμαι καλύτερος απ' αυτόν. Με δημιούργησες από φωτιά ενώ αυτόν τον δημιούργησες από πηλό.»
(अल्लाह ने) कहा : जब मैंने तुझे आदेश दिया था तो तुझे किस बात ने सजदा करने से रोका? उसने कहा : मैं उससे अच्छा हूँ। तूने मुझे आग से पैदा किया है और तूने उसे मिट्टी से बनाया है।
Disse: «Che cosa ti ha impedito di prosternarti, dato che te l’ho ordinato?» Disse: «Io sono migliore di lui! Mi hai creato dal fuoco, e hai creato lui da pura argilla!»
12. (Allahas) tarė: „Kas sukliudė tau (Iblisai) nusilenkti, kai Aš tau liepiau?“ Iblis atsakė: „Aš esu geresnis nei jis (Adamas (Adomas), Tu sukūrei mane iš ugnies, o jį Tu sukūrei iš molio.“
(Rabbis) "Yeroo ani si ajaju, sujuuduu irraa maaltu si dhorge?" jedhe, (Ibliis) "Anatu isa caala; Ibidda irraa na uumteetiin isa dhoqqee (biyyee) irraa uumte" jedhe.
[Аллах] сказал: «Что удержало тебя от того, чтобы пасть ниц, когда Я повелел тебе?» [Иблис] сказал: «Я лучше, чем он: Ты сотворил меня из огня, а его сотворил из глины».

(Mwenyezi Mungu) akasema, "Ni nini kilichokuzuia kusujudu nilipokuamrisha?" Akasema, "Mimi ni bora zaidi kumliko yeye. Uliniumba kwa moto, naye ulimuumba kwa udongo."
[Gud] sa: ”Vad hindrade dig från att falla ned när jag beordrade dig?” Han svarade: ”Jag är bättre än han; du skapade mig av eld, och du skapade honom av lera!”
Allah: “Sana emrettiğim zaman, secde etmene ne engel oldu?” dedi. İblis: “Ben, ondan daha hayırlıyım. Beni ateşten, onu ise çamurdan yarattın.” dedi.
حق تعالیٰ نے فرمایا تو جو سجده نہیں کرتا تو تجھ کو اس سے کون امر مانع ہے[1] ، جبکہ میں تجھ کو حکم دے چکا، کہنے لگا میں اس سے بہتر ہوں، آپ نے مجھ کو آگ سے پیدا کیا ہے اور اس کو آپ نے خاک سے پیدا کیا ہے۔[2]
