- 01 7:80–84 Lot speaks to his people: Itani has "You lust after men rather than women. You are an excessive people". The passage ends with a rain on the town, which Sale renders "a shower of stones".
- 02 26:165–166 Itani has "Do you approach the males of the world" and "forsake the wives your Lord created for you". Lot's charge pairs the act with leaving their wives.
- 03 27:54–55 Itani has "Do you lust after men instead of women", and Pickthall has "Will ye commit abomination knowingly". The charge is that they do it with open eyes.
- 04 29:28–29 Itani has "You approach men, and cut off the way, and commit lewdness in your gatherings", and Pickthall has "come ye not in unto males". Here Lot's charge is joined to wrongs on the road and in their gatherings.
- 05 4:15–16 The renderings differ on who 4:16 addresses. Itani has "If two men among you commit it, punish them both", and Rodwell has "if two men among you commit the same crime". Pickthall has "the two of you who are guilty thereof". Sale has "if two of you commit the like wickedness". All five add that if they repent, they are to be left alone.

At 7:80-81 Itani has "You lust after men rather than women". At 27:55 Itani has "Do you lust after men instead of women". At 26:166 Itani adds "forsake the wives your Lord created for you". At 29:29 Itani has "You approach men, and cut off the way". In each passage the charge is put to a whole people, and at 7:84 they are destroyed by a rain.
At 4:15 the verse speaks of women: Itani has "Those of your women who commit lewdness", Palmer has "who commit adultery", Rodwell has "guilty of whoredom", and Itani has "confine them to the homes until death claims them, or God makes a way for them". At 4:16 the renderings divide. Itani and Rodwell print "two men", while Pickthall, Palmer and Sale print "two of you". The verse points back to 4:15 for what "it" is. All five print a punishment without saying what it is, and all five print that those who repent are to be left alone.

7:80 Und (gedenke) Lut, als er zu seinem Volk sagte: „Wollt ihr denn das Abscheuliche begehen, wie es vor euch niemand von den Weltenbewohnern begangen hat?

7:83 Da (er)retteten Wir ihn und seine Angehörigen, außer seiner Frau; Sie gehörte zu den Zurückgebliebenen.
7:84 Und Wir ließen einen Regen auf sie niedergehen. So schau, wie das Ende der Übeltäter war!
7:80 Και (ανάφερε, ω, Μωχάμμαντ, για) τον Λωτ, όταν είπε στον λαό του: «Διαπράττετε μια τέτοια επαίσχυντη πράξη (την ανωμαλία) που κανείς από όλο τον κόσμο δεν την έχει διαπράξει ποτέ πριν από σας;

7:84 Και ρίξαμε πάνω τους βροχή (από σκληρές πήλινες πέτρες). Κοιτά (ω, Μωχάμμαντ) πως ήταν το τέλος των κακών!
7:80 तथा लूत[33] को (भेजा), जब उसने अपनी जाति से कहा : क्या तुम ऐसी निर्लज्जता का कार्य करते हो, जिसे तुमसे पहले दुनिया में किसी ने नहीं किया?
7:81 निःसंदेह तुम स्त्रियों को छोड़कर काम-वासना की पूर्ति के लिए पुरुषों के पास आते हो। बल्कि तुम सीमा का उल्लंघन[34] करने वाले हो।
7:82 और उसकी जाति का उत्तर इसके सिवा कुछ न था कि उन्होंने कहा : इन्हें अपनी बस्ती से बाहर निकालो। निःसंदेह ये ऐसे लोग हैं जो बड़े पाक बनते हैं।
7:83 तो हमने उसे तथा उसके घर वालों को बचा लिया, उसकी पत्नी को छोड़कर, वह पीछे रहने वालों में से थी।
7:84 और हमने उनपर (पत्थरों की) भारी बारिश बरसाई। तो देखो अपराधियों का परिणाम कैसा हुआ?

7:80 80. Ir (atminkite) Lūtą (Lotą), kai jis sakė savo žmonėms: „Argi jūs darote blogiausią iš nuodėmių, tokią, kokios niekas iš buvusiųjų pirma jūsų iš Alamyn (žmonijos ir džinų) nedarė?“
7:81 81. „Iš tiesų, jūs užsiimate savo geiduliais su vyrais, vietoj moterų. Ne, jūs esate žmonės, peržengiantys ribas (darydami didžias nuodėmes).“
7:82 82. Ir jo žmonių atsakymas tebuvo toks, kad jie sakė: „Išmeskite juos iš savo miesto, jie tikrai yra vyrai, norintys būti tyri (nuo nuodėmių)!“
7:83 83. Tada Mes išgelbėjome jį ir jo šeimą, išskyrus jo žmoną. Ji buvo iš tų, kurie pasiliko užnugaryje (kančioje).
7:84 84. Ir Mes apliejome juos (akmenų) lietumi. Tad pažiūrėkite, kokia buvo Mudžrimūn (nusikaltėlių, daugiadievių ir nuodėmiautojų) pabaiga.
7:80 Luuxiinis, yeroo inni (haala kan isaan mormu taheen) ummata isaatiin jedhe (yaadadhaa): "Sila isin badii fokkataa aalama irraa (namni) tokkolleen isheedhaan isin hin dursin hojjattanii? [16]
7:81 Dhugumatti, isin fedhii saalaatiif dubartii dhiiftanii dhiiratti dhuftuu! Dhugumatti, isin ummata daangaa dabroodha."[17]
7:82 Deebiin ummata isaa "magaalaa keessan irraa isaan baasaa; isaan Dhugumatti, ummata qulqulleeffataniidha" jechuu malee homaa hin turre.
7:83 Isaafi maatii isaa nagaya baasne. Niitii isaa malee isiin warra (adabbii keessatti) hafan irraa taate. [18]
7:84 Rooba (adabaa) isaan irratti roobsifne, Booddeen yakkamtootaa akkam akka ta’e ilaali. [19]

7:83 И Мы спасли его и его семейство, кроме его жены: она была в числе оставшихся.

7:81 Hakika nyinyi mnawaingilia wanaume kwa shahawa na mnawaacha wanawake? Bali nyinyi ni watu wapitilizao!"
7:82 Na halikuwa jibu la kaumu yake isipokuwa walisema, "Watoeni kutoka katika mji wenu. Maana wao hakika ni watu wanaojitakasa."
7:83 Basi tukamwokoa yeye na ahali zake, isipokuwa mkewe, alikuwa miongoni mwa walioangamia.
7:84 Na tukawanyeshea mvua. Basi tazama jinsi ulivyokuwa mwisho wa wahalifu.
7:80 Och Lot sa till sitt folk: ”Begår ni en skamlöshet som ingen på jorden begått före er?
7:81 Ni söker er till män i stället för kvinnor för att stilla er lust. Ja, ni är ett folk som överskrider alla gränser.”
7:82 Hans folks enda svar var: ”Driv ut dem ur ert samhälle! De är människor som vill hålla sig rena!”
7:83 Så vi räddade honom och hans familj, utom hans hustru – hon blev kvar.
7:84 Och vi lät ett regn [av stenar] ösa ner över dem. Se hur det slutade för de obotfärdiga syndarna!
7:80 Hani Lût da kavmine şöyle demişti: "Sizden evvel âlemlerden hiç kimsenin yapmadığı hayasızlığı mı yapıyorsunuz?”
7:81 “Siz, kadınları bırakıp da erkeklere şehvetle yanaşıyorsunuz. Doğrusu siz ölçüyü aşmış bir toplumsunuz.”
7:82 Kavminin cevabı yalnızca: “Çıkarın onları (Lût’u ve ona uyanları) ülkenizden. Çünkü onlar fazla temiz kalmak isteyen insanlarmış” demek oldu.
7:83 Bunun üzerine Biz de hem onu hem de ehlini kurtardık. Ancak karısı geride kalıp helâk edilenlerden oldu.
7:84 Geriye kalanların üzerine öyle bir yağmur yağdırdık ki! Suçluların sonunun nasıl olduğuna bir bak!
7:80 اور ہم نے لوط (علیہ السلام) کو بھیجا[1] جبکہ انہوں نے اپنی قوم سے فرمایا کہ تم ایسا فحش کام کرتے ہو جس کو تم سے پہلے کسی نے دنیا جہان والوں میں سے نہیں کیا۔
7:81 تم مردوں کے ساتھ شہوت رانی کرتے ہو[1] عورتوں کو چھوڑ کر[2]، بلکہ تم تو حد ہی سے گزر گئے ہو۔[3]
7:82 اور ان کی قوم سے کوئی جواب نہ بن پڑا، بجز اس کے کہ آپس میں کہنے لگے کہ ان لوگوں کو اپنی بستی سے نکال دو۔ یہ لوگ بڑے پاک صاف بنتے ہیں۔[1]
7:83 سو ہم نے لوط (علیہ السلام) کو اور ان کے گھر والوں کو بچا لیا بجز ان کی بیوی کے کہ وه ان ہی لوگوں میں رہی جو عذاب میں ره گئے تھے۔[1]
7:84 اور ہم نے ان پر خاص طرح کا مینہ[1] برسایا پس دیکھو تو سہی ان مجرموں کا انجام کیسا ہوا؟[2]

And (Salih) turned from them and said: O my people! I delivered my Lord's message unto you and gave you good advice, but ye love not good advisers
and he turned away from them and said, 'O my people! I did preach to you the message of my Lord, and I gave you good advice! but ye love not sincere advisers
So he turned away from them, and said, "O my people! I did indeed announce to you the message of my Lord: and I gave you faithful counsel, but ye love not faithful counsellors
And Saleh departed from them, and said, O my people, now have I delivered unto you the message of my Lord; and I advised you well, but ye love not those who advise you well

Give full measure and weight, and do not cheat people out of their rights, and do not corrupt the land once it has been set right. This is better for you, if you are believers."
And unto Midian (We sent) their brother, Shu'eyb. He said: O my people! Serve Allah. Ye have no other Allah save Him. Lo! a clear proof hath come unto you from your Lord; so give full measure and full weight and wrong not mankind in their goods, and work not confusion in the earth after the fair ordering thereof. That will be better for you, if ye are believers
And unto Midian did we send their brother Shohaib, who said, 'O my people! serve God, ye have no god save Him. There has come to you a manifest sign from your Lord; then give good weight and measure, and be not niggardly of your gifts to men, and do not evil in the earth after it has been righted. That is better for you if ye are believers
And we sent to Madian their brother Shoaib. He said, "O my people! worship God; ye have no other God than Him: now hath a clear sign come to you from your Lord: give therefore the full in measures and weights; take from no man his chattels, and commit no disorder on the earth after it has been made so good. This will be better for you, if you will believe it
And unto Madian we sent their brother Shoaib. He said unto them, O my people, worship God; ye have no God besides Him. Now hath an evident demonstration come unto you from your Lord. Therefore give full measure and just weight, and diminish not unto men ought of their matters; neither act corruptly in the earth, after its reformation. This will be better for you, if ye believe

"And do not lurk on every path, making threats and turning away from the path of God those who believe in Him, seeking to distort it. And remember how you were few, and how He made you numerous. So note the consequences for the corrupters."
Lurk not on every road to threaten (wayfarers), and to turn away from Allah's path him who believeth in Him, and to seek to make it crooked. And remember, when ye were but few, how He did multiply you. And see the nature of the consequence for the corrupters
and sit not down in every path, threatening and turning from the path of God those who believe in Him, and craving to make it crooked. Remember when ye were few and He multiplied you; and see what was the end of the evildoers
And lay not in ambush by every road in menacing sort; nor mislead him who believeth in God, from His way, nor seek to make it crooked; and remember when ye were few and that he multiplied you, and behold what hath been the end of the authors of disorder
And beset not every way, threatening the passenger; and turning aside from the path of God him who believeth in Him, and seeking to make it crooked. And remember, when ye were few, and God multiplied you: And behold, what hath been the end of those who acted corruptly

They said: If thou cease not, O Lot, thou wilt soon be of the outcast
They said, 'Surely, if thou dost not desist, O Lot! thou shalt be of those who are expelled
They said, "O Lot, if thou desist not, one of the banished shalt thou surely be

29:29 Si mund t'u qaseni meshkujve me epsh, t'ua zini pritën në rrugë e të bëni punë të ndyra në tubimet tuaja?" Por, përgjigjja e vetme që i dha populli i tij ishte: "Na e sill dënimin e Allahut, nëse e thua të vërtetën!"

29:29 Lasst ihr euch denn wirklich (in Begierde) mit den Männern ein, und schneidet den (natürlichen) Weg ab und begeht in euren Zusammenkünften das Verwerfliche?“ Aber die Antwort seines Volkes war nur, dass sie sagten: „Bringe uns doch die Strafe Allahs her, wenn du zu den Wahrhaftigen gehörst.“
29:28 Και (ανάφερε, ω, Μωχάμμαντ) τον Λωτ, όταν είπε στον λαό του: «Διαπράττετε μία τέτοια επαίσχυντη πράξη (την ομοφυλοφιλία) που κανείς από όλους τους ανθρώπους δεν την έχει διαπράξει πριν από σας!
29:29 Εσείς (οι άνδρες) πλησιάζετε τους άλλους άντρες με σεξουαλική επαφή, σταματάτε τους δρόμους (των ταξιδιωτών για να τους ληστέψετε) και κάνετε απαγορευμένες πράξεις στις συγκεντρώσεις σας!» Αλλά η απάντηση του λαού του δεν ήταν παρά ότι είπαν: «Φέρε μας την τιμωρία του Αλλάχ, αν είσαι από τους ειλικρινείς.»
29:28 तथा लूत को (याद करो) जब उसने अपनी जाति से कहा : तुम तो वह निर्लज्जता का कार्य करते हो, जो तुमसे पहले दुनिया वालों में से किसी ने नहीं किया।
29:29 क्या तुम सचमुच पुरुषों के पास जाते हो और (यात्रियों का) रास्ता काटते हो तथा अपनी सभा में बुरे काम करते हो? तो उसकी जाति का उत्तर इसके सिवा कुछ न था कि उन्होंने कहा : हम पर अल्लाह की यातना ले आ, यदि तू सच्चा है।
29:28 E Lūt, quando disse alla sua gente: «In verità praticate la nefandezza, e in questo non vi ha preceduto nessuno nei Mondi.
29:29 Vi accoppiate ai maschi e vi dedicate al rapimento dei viaggiatori e commettete nei vostri cenacoli azioni terribili». La sua gente non rispose se non dicendo: «Portaci la punizione di Allāh, se sei tra i veritieri!»
29:28 28. Ir (atminkite) Lūtą (Lotą), kai jis sakė savo žmonėms: „Jūs darote Al-Fahiša (sodomiją – blogiausią nuodėmę), kurios niekas anksčiau jūsų (nedarė) iš Alamyn (žmonijos ir džinų).

29:28 И [помяни] Лута, когда он сказал своему народу: «Воистину, вы творите мерзость, которой до вас не совершал никто из миров!
29:29 Неужели вы приходите к мужчинам [с похотью], разбойничаете на дорогах и совершаете предосудительное в своих собраниях?» И ответом его народа было лишь то, что они сказали: «Приди к нам с наказанием от Аллаха, если ты из числа правдивых!»
29:28 И спомени Лота. Када народу своме рече: „Ви чините такав разврат какав пре вас нико од свих светова није чинио:
29:29 имате полне односе са мушкарцима, по друмовима пресрећете и на својим скуповима радите оно што је одвратно.“ А одговор његовог народа беше само то што рекоше: „Учини да нас стигне Аллахова казна ако си од оних који говоре истину!“
29:28 Na pale Luti alipowaambia watu wake, "Hakika nyinyi mnafanya uchafu, ambao hapana mmoja katika walimwengu aliyewatangulia kwa hayo.
29:29 Je, nyinyi mnawaingilia wanaume, na mnaikata njia? Na katika mikutano yenu mnafanya maovu?" Basi haikuwa jawabu ya watu wake isipokuwa walisema, "Tuletee hiyo adhabu ya Mwenyezi Mungu ikiwa wewe ni katika wakweli."
29:28 Och minns Lot när han sa till sitt folk: ”Det ni gör är verkligen en skamfull handling som ingen i världen gjort före er.
29:29 Ni söker er till män [för att stilla er lust] och ni trakasserar vägfarande och begår motbjudande handlingar i era sammankomster!” Men deras svar var endast: ”Framkalla då Guds straff över oss om det du säger är sant!”
29:28 Lût’u da peygamber olarak gönderdik. Hani o, kavmine şöyle demişti: “Gerçekten siz, sizden önce dünyada hiçbir toplumun yapmadığı bir hayâsızlığı işliyorsunuz.”
29:29 Siz erkeklere yanaşıyor, yolu kesiyor ve toplantı yerlerinizde çirkin işler mi yapıyorsunuz?" Kavminin cevabı ancak: "Eğer doğru sözlülerden isen bize Allah'ın azabını getir haydi!" demeleri oldu.
29:28 اور حضرت لوط (علیہ السلام) کا بھی ذکر کرو جب کہ انہوں نے اپنی قوم سے فرمایا کہ تم تو اس بدکاری پر اتر آئے[1] ہو جسے تم سے پہلے دنیا بھر میں سے کسی نے نہیں کیا.
29:29 کیا تم مردوں کے پاس بدفعلی کے لیے آتے ہو[1] اور راستے بند کرتے ہو[2] اور اپنی عام مجلسوں میں بے حیائیوں کا کام کرتے ہو[3]؟ اس کے جواب میں اس کی قوم نے بجز اس کے اور کچھ نہیں کہا کہ بس[4] جا اگر سچا ہے تو ہمارے پاس اللہ تعالیٰ کا عذاب لے آ.

And We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob, and We established the prophethood and the Scripture among his seed, and We gave him his reward in the world, and lo! in the Hereafter he verily is among the righteous
and we granted him Isaac and Jacob; and we placed in his seed prophecy and the Book; and we gave him his hire in this world; and, verily, he in the next shall be among the righteous

And when our messengers came to Abraham with the glad tidings, they said, 'We are about to destroy the people of this city. Verily, the people thereof are wrong-doers
And when our messengers came to Abraham with the tidings of a son, they said, "Of a truth we will destroy the in-dwellers in this city, for its in-dwellers are evil doers
And when our messengers came unto Abraham with good tidings, they said, we will surely destroy the inhabitants of this city; for the inhabitants thereof are unjust doers

4:15 Sa u përket atyre grave tuaja që bëjnë kurvëri, sillni katër dëshmitarë nga ju që të dëshmojnë kundër tyre[7]. Nëse ata dëshmojnë, atëherë ngujoni ato në shtëpi derisa t'i zërë vdekja ose të sjellë Allahu për to ndonjë zgjidhje tjetër.
4:16 Ata dy prej jush që e bëjnë atë (vepër kurvërie), ndëshkojini. Mirëpo, nëse ata pendohen dhe përmirësohen, atëherë lërini. Me të vërtetë, Allahu është Pranues i pendimit, Mëshirëplotë.
4:15 আর তোমাদের নারীদের মধ্যে যারা ব্যভিচার করেছে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে (ন্যায়পরায়ণ) চারজন সাক্ষী উপস্থিত করাও। যদি তারা সাক্ষ্য দেয়, তবে তাদেরকে ঘরে অবরুদ্ধ করে রাখবে; যতোদিন না তাদের মৃত্যু হয় অথবা আল্লাহ তাদের জন্য অন্য কোনো বিধান নাযিল করেন।(৯)
4:16 আর তোমাদের মধ্যে (বিবাহিত কিংবা অবিবাহিত) যে দুজন এতে লিপ্ত হবে (প্রমাণিত হলে), তাদেরকে শাস্তি দাও। যদি তারা তাওবা করে এবং নিজেদেরকে সংশোধন করে নেয়, তবে তাদের (শাস্তি দেওয়া) থেকে বিরত থাকবে।(১০) নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাওবা কবুলকারী, পরম দয়ালু।
4:15 Za one žene iz vaše porodice koje preljubu počine, tražite da posvjedoče četverica između vas, pa ako posvjedoče protiv njih, držite ih u kućama sve dok ih smrt ne umori ili dok im Allah neki put ne nađe.
4:16 A ono dvoje koji to učine, izgrdite, pa ako se pokaju i poprave, onda ih na miru ostavite. Allah je, doista, Onaj Koji stalno prima pokajanja i milostiv je.

4:16 Ɓen ɗiɗo gollooɓe fijuɓe [paŋkare ɗen] e mo'on, lorree ɓen. Si ɓe tuubii ɓe moƴƴinii, ɗuurnoɗon e maɓɓe. Pellet, Alla Laatike Jaɓoowo tuubuubuyee jurmotooɗo.
4:15 და თქვენს ქალთაგან ისინი, რომლებიც ჩაიდენენ სისაძაგლეს [მრუშობას], — მაშინ მათ შესახებ გადაწყვეტილების გამოტანისას მოწმეებად უნდა მოიყვანოთ თქვენგან [მორწმუნეთაგან] ოთხი (სამართლიანი მამაკაცი). და თუ ისინი [მოწმეები] დაამოწმებენ (რომ საკუთარი თვალით იხილეს მრუშობა), მაშინ შეაკავეთ ისინი [ეს ქალები] სახლებში, ვიდრე სიკვდილი არ ეწევათ, ან ვიდრე ალლაჰი არ გაუჩენს მათ სხვა გზას [სხვა გადაწყვეტას].
4:16 და თქვენგან ის ორი, ვინც ამას ჩაიდენს [მრუშობას], — დასაჯეთ ისინი [გაკიცხეთ, დასაჯეთ და გაშორდით მათ]. ხოლო თუ ორივე მოინანიებს და გამოსწორდება, მაშინ განერიდეთ მათ [ნუ მიაყენებთ მათ ტანჯვას]. ჭეშმარიტად, ალლაჰი სინანულის მიმღები, შემწყალებელია!
4:15 Und diejenigen von euren Frauen, die das Abscheuliche begehen, - so bringt vier Zeugen von euch gegen sie. Wenn sie (es) bezeugen sollten, dann haltet sie (also die Frauen) in den Häusern fest, bis der Tod sie abberuft oder Allah ihnen einen (Aus)weg schafft.
4:16 Und die beiden von euch, die es (also die Unzucht) begehen, - so züchtigt sie. Wenn sie (beide) dann bereuen sollten und sich bessern, dann lasst von ihnen ab. Wahrlich, Allah ist Reue-Annehmend und barmherzig.
4:15 Όσες από τις γυναίκες σας διαπράττουν μοιχεία, καλέστε τέσσερις μάρτυρες εναντίον τους από ανάμεσά σας (δίκαιους Μουσουλμάνους). Εάν μαρτυρήσουν (εναντίον τους), περιορίστε τες στα σπίτια τους (από μια ύποπτη έξοδο) μέχρι να τους έλθει ο θάνατος ή ο Αλλάχ να ορίσει γι' αυτές (άλλο) δρόμο.
4:16 Και εκείνοι οι δύο (ο άνδρας και η γυναίκα) από εσάς που τη διαπράττουν (τη μοιχεία), βλάψτε τους (με το να τους επιπλήξετε κλπ.). Αν, όμως, στράφηκαν με μεταμέλια (προς τον Αλλάχ) και πράττουν δίκαια, αφήστε τους ήσυχους (και μην τους βλάψετε). Πράγματι, ο Αλλάχ είναι Ταουάμπ (Αυτός που αποδέχεται τη μεταμέλεια) και Ραχείμ (Πολυεύσπλαχνος).
4:15 तथा तुम्हारी स्त्रियों में से जो व्यभिचार कर बैठें, उनपर अपनों में से चार पुरुषों को गवाह लाओ। यदि वे गवाही दे दें, तो उन औरतों को घरों में बंद रखो, यहाँ तक कि उन्हें मौत आ जाए या अल्लाह उनके लिए कोई रास्ता[13] निकाल दे।
4:16 और तुममें से जो दो पुरुष यह कर्म करें, उन्हें यातना दो। फिर यदि वे तौबा कर लें और अपने आपको सुधार लें, तो उन्हें छोड़ दो। निःसंदेह अल्लाह बड़ा क्षमाशील, दयावान् है।

4:16 In quanto alla coppia che lo commette, puniteli entrambi; ma se si pentono e si rifanno una vita, desistete, e in verità Allāh è Colui che accoglie il pentimento, il Misericordioso.
4:15 15. O tos iš jūsų moterų, kurios turi neteisėtus lytinius santykius, imkite keturių liudytojų iš jūsų tarpo parodymus prieš jas. Ir jei jie liudija, uždarykite jas (t. y. moteris) namuose iki mirtis ateina pas jas arba Allahas įsako joms kokį (kitą) būdą. [1]
4:16 16. Ir du asmenis (vyrą ir moterį) iš jūsų tarpo, kurie turi neteisėtus lytinius santykius, nubauskite juos abu. [2] O jei jie atgailauja (pažada Allahui niekdada nekartoti t. y. neturėti neteisėtų lytinių santykių ar nedaryti panašių nuodėmių) ir daro teisingus gerus darbus, palikite juos. 4:15 Dubartoota keessan irraas isaan hojii fokkataa (sagaggaalummaa) raawwatan, namoota afur kan isin irraa ta’an isaan irratti ragaa baasaa. Yoo isaan ragaa ba’an hanga duuti isaanitti dhufutti yookiin (hanga) Rabbiin karaa (biraa) isaanii godhutti manneen keessatti isaan qabaa. [8]
4:16 Isin irraa namoonni lamaan (dhiiraafi dubartii) isii (sagaggaalummaa) hojjatan isaan lamaanuu akkaan rakkisaa. Yoo isaan tawbatanii hojii gaarii hojjatan, isaan (rakkisuu) irraa gara galaa. Rabbiin akkaan tawbaa qeebalaa, rahmata godhaadha. [9]
4:15 Те из ваших женщин, кто совершает мерзость, — призовите против них четырёх свидетелей из вас. И если они засвидетельствуют, то держите их в домах, пока их не упокоит смерть или Аллах не устроит для них иной путь.
4:16 И тех двоих из вас, которые совершат это, — накажите их. Если они покаются и станут совершать праведные деяния, то оставьте их. Воистину, Аллах всегда был [и пребудет] принимающим покаяние, милующим.
4:15 За оне жене из ваше породице које прељубу почине, тражите да посведоче четворица између вас, па ако посведоче против њих, држите их у кућама све док их смрт не умори или док им Аллах неки пут не нађе.
4:16 А оно двоје који то учине, изгрдите их, па ако се покају и поправе, онда их на миру оставите. Аллах, заиста, стално прима покајања и милостив је.
4:15 Na wale ambao wanafanya uchafu miongoni mwa wanawake wenu, washuhudisheni watu wanne katika nyinyi. Watakaposhuhudia, basi wazuieni majumbani mpaka wafishwe na mauti au Mwenyezi Mungu awafanyie njia nyengine.
4:16 Na wawili kati yenu wafanyao hayo miongoni mwenu, waudhini. Na wakitubia wakatengenea, basi waacheni. Hakika, Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwingi wa kupokea toba, Mwenye kurehemu.
4:15 Om någon av era kvinnor begår otukt, tillkalla då fyra vittnen bland er. Om de vittnar mot dem, håll dem då kvar i deras hem tills de dör, eller tills Gud ger dem en utväg.
4:16 Om två av er begår en sådan handling, ska ni bestraffa dem. Men om de ångrar sig och bättrar sig, låt dem då vara. Gud godtar ständigt ånger och är barmhärtig.
4:15 Kadınlarınızdan fuhuş (zina) yapanlara karşı içinizden dört şahit getirin. Eğer onlar şahitlik ederlerse, o kadınları ölüm alıp götürünceye veya Allah onlar hakkında bir yol açıncaya kadar kendilerini evlerde tutun (dışarı çıkarmayın).
4:16 Sizlerden zina edenlerin her ikisini de incitip eziyet edin. Eğer onlar tevbe edip ıslah olurlarsa, onları incitip eziyet etmekten vazgeçin. Çünkü Allah, tevbeleri çok kabul edendir, çok merhamet edendir.
4:15 تمہاری عورتوں میں سے جو بے حیائی کا کام کریں ان پر اپنے میں سے چار گواه طلب کرو، اگر وه گواہی دیں تو ان عورتوں کو گھروں میں قید رکھو، یہاں تک کہ موت ان کی عمریں پوری کردے[1] ، یا اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے لئے کوئی اور راستہ نکالے۔[2]
4:16 تم میں سے جو دو افراد ایسا کام کر لیں[1] انہیں ایذا دو[2] اگر وه توبہ اور اصلاح کر لیں تو ان سے منھ پھیر لو، بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ توبہ قبول کرنے واﻻ اور رحم کرنے واﻻ ہے۔

DIN 31635tilka ḥudūdu llāhi waman yuṭiʿi llāha warasūlahu yudḫilhu ǧannātin taǧrī min taḥtihā l-ʾanhāru ḫālidīna fīhā waḏālika l-fawzu l-ʿaẓīmu
These are the bounds set by God. Whoever obeys God and His Messenger, He will admit him into Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide therein forever. That is the great attainment.
These are the limits (imposed by) Allah. Whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger, He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow, where such will dwell for ever. That will be the great success
These be God's bounds, and whoso obeys God and the Apostle He will make him enter into gardens beneath which rivers flow, and they shall dwell therein for aye;- that is the mighty happiness
These are the precepts of God; and whoso obeyeth God and his prophet, him shall God bring into gardens beneath whose shades the rivers flow, therein to abide for ever: and this, the great blessedness
These are the statutes of God. And whoso obeyeth God and his apostle, God shall lead him into gardens wherein rivers flow, they shall continue therein for ever; and this shall be great happiness

Repentance is available from God for those who commit evil out of ignorance, and then repent soon after. These-God will relent towards them. God is Knowing and Wise.
Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise
God is only bound to turn again towards those who do evil through ignorance and then turn again. Surely, these will God turn again to, for God is knowing, wise
With God himself will the repentance of those who have done evil ignorantly, and then turn speedily unto Him, be accepted. These! God will turn unto them: for God is Knowing, Wise
Verily repentance will be accepted with God, from those who do evil ignorantly, and then repent speedily; unto them will God be turned: For God is knowing and wise
وَلَيْسَتِ ٱلتَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ قَالَ إِنِّى تُبْتُ ٱلْـَٰٔنَ وَلَا ٱلَّذِينَ يَمُوتُونَ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

But no repentance shall be accepted from those who do evil until the time when death presenteth it self unto one of them, and he saith, verily I repent now; nor unto those who die unbelievers: For them have we prepared a grievous punishment
