The formula is fixed and it recurs so often that five near-identical verses are recorded as drops: A BEARER OF GOOD TIDINGS AND A WARNER.
Three things about it are worth a reader's attention.
First, the word ONLY. 25:56 says We have sent thee ONLY as a bearer of good tidings and a warner. 17:105 says AS NAUGHT ELSE SAVE. The formula is not merely a description of what he does; in these verses it is a limit on what he is.
Second, the fullest version adds terms the short form lacks. 33:45-46 gives five: a WITNESS, a bringer of good tidings, a warner, A SUMMONER UNTO GOD BY HIS PERMISSION, and - the one that is not an office at all - A LAMP THAT GIVETH LIGHT.
Third, the scope. 34:28 is the only verse in the set that states it, and it states it as wide as possible: unto ALL MANKIND. And 35:24 immediately places him inside a series - THERE IS NOT A NATION BUT A WARNER HATH PASSED AMONG THEM. Universal in reach, and not unique in kind.
88:21-22 gives the whole thing in two lines, and the second is the limit: SO REMIND THEM, FOR THOU ART BUT A REMEMBRANCER - THOU ART NOT AT ALL A WARDER OVER THEM. Reminding is the job; enforcing is not.

Say: Show me those whom ye have joined unto Him as partners. Nay (ye dare not)! For He is Allah, the Mighty, the Wise
Say, 'Show me those whom ye have added to Him as partners; not so! nay, but He is God, the mighty, the wise

And he it is who has created man from water, and has made for him blood relationship and marriage relationship; for thy Lord is mighty

Wir haben dich ja mit der Wahrheit gesandt als Frohboten und als Warner. Und es gibt keine Gemeinschaft, in der nicht ein Warner vorangegangen wäre.
Πράγματι, σε στείλαμε με την αλήθεια ως φορέα καλών ειδήσεων και ως προειδοποιητή. Δεν υπάρχει κανένα έθνος που να μην έχει έρθει σ' αυτό ένας προειδοποιητής.
निःसंदेह हमने आपको सत्य के साथ शुभ सूचना देने वाला तथा डराने वाला बनाकर भेजा है। और कोई समुदाय ऐसा नहीं, जिसमें कोई डराने वाला न आया हो।

Nor are the living equal with the dead. Lo! Allah maketh whom He will to hear. Thou canst not reach those who are in the graves
nor are the living equal with the dead; verily, God causes whom He pleases to hear, and thou canst not make those who are in their graves hear
Nor are the living and the dead the same thing! God indeed shall make whom He will to hearken, but thou shalt not make those who are in their graves to hearken
Neither shall the living and the dead be held equal. God shall cause him to hear whom He pleaseth: But thou shalt not make those to hear who are in their graves

And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light
And if they called thee liar, those before thee called their apostles liars too, who came to them with manifest signs, and the Scriptures, and the illuminating Book
And if they treat thee as a liar, so did those who were before them threat their Apostles who came to them with the proofs of their mission, and with the Scriptures and with the enlightening Book
If they charge thee with imposture, they who were before them likewise charged their apostles with imposture. Their apostles came unto them with evident miracles, and with divine writings, and with the enlightening book

Und mit der Wahrheit haben Wir ihn (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt, und mit der Wahrheit ist er hinabgekommen. Und Wir haben dich (ja) nur als Verkünder froher Botschaft und als Warner gesandt.
Με την αλήθεια το στείλαμε (το Κορ’άν), και με την αλήθεια στάλθηκε (δηλ. χωρίς καμία αλλοίωση ή διαστρέβλωση), και δε σε στείλαμε (ω, Προφήτη) παρά μόνο ως φορέα χαρμόσυνων νέων και προειδοποιητή.
और हमने सत्य ही के साथ इस (क़ुरआन) को उतारा है, तथा यह सत्य ही के साथ उतरा है। और हमने आपको केवल शुभ सूचना देने वाला तथा डराने वाला बनाकर भेजा है।

And after him we said to the children of Israel, 'Dwell ye in the land; and when the promise of the hereafter comes to pass, we will bring you in a mixed crowd (to judgment)
And after his death, we said to the children of Israel, "Dwell ye in the land:" and when the promise of the next life shall come to pass, we will bring you both up together to judgment
And We said unto the children of Israel, after his destruction, dwell ye in the land: And when the promise of the next life shall come to be fulfilled, We will bring you both promiscuously to judgment

Say, 'Believe ye therein, or believe not; verily, those who were given the knowledge before it, when it is read to them fall down upon their beards adoring
SAY: Believe ye therein or believe ye not? They verily to whom knowledge had been given previously, fall on their faces worshipping when it is recited to them

Read across the four public-domain translations - Sale 1734, Rodwell 1861, Palmer 1880, Pickthall 1930 - of 33:45-46, 34:28, 25:56, 35:24, 17:105, 88:21-22, in full, and nothing else. This study consults no , no , no occasion of revelation and no biography, because none is yet available in an edition whose usage rights can be verified. Itani 2012, the fifth translation shown with these verses, was not consulted for this study.
How this set was arrived at. The verses were found by a word search of the four public-domain translations, using terms chosen by the editor and listed here as they were searched - bearer + of + good + tidings + and + a + warner; bringer + of + glad + tidings + and + a + warner; sent + thee + not + save + as + a + bearer; a + witness + and + a + bringer; lamp + that + giveth + light. The search was a way of finding passages, not a judgement about what they mean: that several translators chose the same English word is not evidence about the Arabic. A different choice of terms gives a different set.
What was returned and not carried. 5 verse(s) the search qualified are recorded as not carried with a reason each, rather than silently discarded: 2:119 - near-identical formula; recorded so the repetition is visible; 5:19 - addressed to the People of the Scripture; 7:188 - carried by the study What could and couldn't the Prophet do - miracles, the unseen?; 11:2 - near-identical; 48:8 - near-identical to 33:45.
Verses carried by more than one study. Some passages here also serve another study. Each carries its own reason in each place, and the reason states where else it appears.
Where the translations part company, named rather than resolved. How differently the translations word each verse is shown on that verse's page, and the study names the differences it turns on rather than choosing between them.
